Bloomsday 2007

Metro Blooms is a nonprofit educational and membership organization of gardeners and community volunteers who are dedicated to ecologically friendly gardening education and the celebration of home gardeners, landscapers, community gardeners and business gardeners in the metropolitan Twin Cities.

Our mission: Metro Blooms promotes and celebrates gardening, to beautify our communities and help heal and protect our environment.

If you are already a registered Wild Rose, Prairie Blazing Star or Showy Lady's Slipper member, don't forget to sign-in to your account for your free workshop!

  Grow, Bloom, Inspire!

Join Metro Blooms' growing network of members. Make your personal resolution towards healing and protecting our environment. Metro Blooms teaches residents how to build rain gardens with native perennials to help keep rainwater on-site so run-off doesn't carry pollutants to our lakes, rivers and streams.

We have some great member benefits to help you or a friend create a beautiful area that attracts birds and butterflies and helps protect and restore our water resources. This year, all new and increased memberships will be matched by the McKnight Foundation.

Metro Blooms invites you to become a member and join us in promoting and celebrating eco-friendly gardening.
